Keto Friendly Chocolate "Milkshake"

I currently have braces. Before keto, I would grab a Jamba Juice on the days I got a tightening. Jamba Juice, however, murderously puts me out of ketosis. Most of what I eat on keto is not "sore mouth" friendly, so I would need to bump up my protein for the day with some SPI (Soy Protein Isolate) powder. Simply mixing the powder with water does not at ALL satisfy the palette. Thus, I came up with this "milkshake" which, yes, yields 1.5g net carbs*. If you make it without the SPI, it tastes better. You aren't getting that protein boost, but can be nice for a frosty treat.


*Carbohydrates per serving can vary by brand.
In a blender, mix all ingredients save for the Whipping Cream and Protein powder and blend.

No, you don't have to serve it in  an Optimator Mug, but why wouldn't you?
